Through the Media Climate Accelerator Training, a seminar led by Huella Zero, we offered a free training session for journalists on “How to Communicate About Climate Change in Times of Disinformation and Denial.”
This edition was supported by the Association of Venezuelan Journalists Abroad (APEVEX) and led by Tais Gadea Lara, a journalist specializing in climate change.
Understanding how to identify misleading narratives, debunk myths, and share science-backed information is essential to journalism’s social responsibility. These were among the key topics addressed during the workshop.
